Job Requirements

  • Enrollment in high school
  • high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
  • minimum of 16 years of age
  • reliable transportation to work
  • ability and willingness to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to bend and stoop
  • ability to work around heat
  • ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs comfortably
  • ability to work with various cleaning products

Job Qualifications

  • Enrollment in high school

  • must have reliable transportation to work
  • must be able and willing to work flexible hours including possibly opening and closing shifts

Job Duties

  • Follow all company guest service guidelines and procedures
  • take appropriate action to ensure all guests receive superstar service
  • work assigned station(s) accurately and productively
  • clean and stock the station area(s)
  • perform other cleaning duties as assigned
  • ensure all guests receive hot, quality products
  • prepare, package, and deliver all products according to menu standards
  • handle all food products according to company procedures
  • follow all company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
  • follow all company cash control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs
  • properly use all products, supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • demonstrate oral communication skills
  • communicate effectively with various contacts
  • perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements
