Job Requirements
- Enrollment in high school
- high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- minimum of 16 years of age
- reliable transportation to work
- ability and willingness to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to bend and stoop
- ability to work around heat
- ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs comfortably
- ability to work with various cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school
- high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- must have reliable transportation to work
- must be able and willing to work flexible hours including possibly opening and closing shifts
Job Duties
- Follow all company guest service guidelines and procedures
- take appropriate action to ensure all guests receive superstar service
- work assigned station(s) accurately and productively
- clean and stock the station area(s)
- perform other cleaning duties as assigned
- ensure all guests receive hot, quality products
- prepare, package, and deliver all products according to menu standards
- handle all food products according to company procedures
- follow all company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
- follow all company cash control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs
- properly use all products, supplies, equipment, and facilities
- demonstrate oral communication skills
- communicate effectively with various contacts
- perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements
