Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for long periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning
- basic math and reading skills
- food handler certification preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve fast-service foods at various stations
- handle customer requests as cashier or order taker
- monitor holding times of cooked and prepared foods to ensure food safety
- maintain order and cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- wash trays, pans, racks, and kitchen equipment by hand
- clean walls, tables, seating, mop floors, and sanitize restrooms
- pick up trash in parking lot and perform other housekeeping duties
- dismantle and sanitize cooking equipment during closing shifts
- clean hood filters, filter or discard fry vats of hot oil, scrub and degrease floors as a closer
