Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old, subject to Child Labor Laws where applicable
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Must be able to lift 25 to 50 pounds periodically
- Must possess basic reading and communication skills in English
- Must have capacity to follow safety and food hygiene standards
- Must be willing to adhere to company policies and hold a positive attitude at work
- Must be able to use electronic ordering and payment systems
- Must be flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and thank customers
- Place customer food and beverage orders through verbal communication and/or automated systems
- Relay customer food and beverage orders from service counter to kitchen operations
- Cook, prepare, package and pour food and beverages in kitchen operations using kitchen equipment while adhering to proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Stock kitchen and customer service operations with necessary food, beverage, packaging and service materials
- Stock salsa bars with appropriate levels of sauces, condiments, paper and utensils
- Fill food and beverage orders of customers as part of coordinated kitchen and customer service operations
- Collect customer payments and return proper change through use of cash register
- Unload deliveries of food, beverage, packaging and serving materials to restaurant
- Clean the interior and exterior of the entire restaurant premises including floors, tables, seats, windows, doors, countertops, kitchenware, and kitchen equipment
- Observe and follow alcoholic beverage laws when applicable
- Maintain safe public access to the restaurant
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management
