Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in fast food or food service helpful
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- ability to stand for extended periods
- physical ability to perform cleaning and kitchen maintenance tasks
- must be at least 16 years old

Job Duties
- prepare and serve fast-service foods at multiple stations
- handle customer requests as cashier or order taker
- monitor holding times of cooked and prepared foods
- assist in maintaining order and cleanliness of the kitchen
- wash trays, pans, racks and kitchen equipment by hand
- clean walls, tables, seating, mop floors, clean restrooms and pick up trash in the parking lot
- dismantle cooking equipment, sanitize and clean equipment as a closer
- climb stepladder to remove and clean hood filters as a closer
- empty fry vats of hot oil to filter or discard in appropriate containers
- scrub and degrease floors as a closer
