Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- ability to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- demonstrate a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- basic food safety knowledge is a plus
- legally permitted to work in the location of employment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- leadership experience for store leader positions
- basic math skills for cash handling
- availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- greet guests with a friendly attitude
- operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- prepare pizza, donuts, subs, breakfast, lunch, and dinner items
- maintain store cleanliness and ensure stocking of products
- assist in kitchen operations and food service
- work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent customer service
- support leadership tasks such as scheduling, coaching, and mentoring (for leadership roles)
