- preferred restaurant, retail, or guest service experience
Job Duties
- provides incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests

- makes enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- creates day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
- hand-crafts beverages to order per caribou standard operating procedures
- heats, prepares, and serves caribou food offerings to company standards
- floats between barista and guest service roles and fulfills all team member responsibilities
- takes guest orders and manages cash drawer following all cash handling policies
- maintains cleanliness, sanitization and organization standards
- thinks and acts on future team and guest needs
- differentiates between problems to solve independently and when to seek leader support
- follows direction from leaders and manages multiple priorities
- embodies core values in all actions
- brings joy and fun to interactions
- supports team members and guests
- maintains a learner's mentality and desire to improve
