Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, sit, bend, and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to follow cash handling policies
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
  • Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Enthusiasm for learning and improving in the role
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

Job Duties

  • Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
  • Practice active listening and connection
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
  • Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
  • Create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
  • Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
  • Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
  • Float between barista and guest service roles, and willingly fulfill all team member responsibilities
  • Take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies and procedures
  • Maintain store cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
  • Think ahead about team and guest needs and act accordingly
  • Differentiate between problems to solve directly and those requiring leader support
  • Follow direction from leaders while managing multiple priorities

  • Bring joy and make fun happen in interactions
  • Be helpful to both team members and guests
