Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, sit, bend, and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
Strong communication skills
Customer service orientation
Ability to follow cash handling policies
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years of age
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Enthusiasm for learning and improving in the role
Willingness to work as part of a team
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

Job Duties

Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
Practice active listening and connection
Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
Create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
Float between barista and guest service roles, and willingly fulfill all team member responsibilities
Take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies and procedures
Maintain store cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
Think ahead about team and guest needs and act accordingly
Differentiate between problems to solve directly and those requiring leader support
Follow direction from leaders while managing multiple priorities
