Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • must have reliable transportation to work
  • flexible to work various hours including opening and closing shifts
  • able to stand for long periods
  • able to bend and stoop
  • able to work around heat
  • able to lift 50 to 75 lbs comfortably
  • able to handle cleaning products safely

Job Qualifications

  • Enrollment in high school
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferable
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • attention to detail in food safety and cleanliness
  • ability to follow company standards and procedures
  • good teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Follow all company guest service guidelines and procedures
  • take appropriate action to ensure guests receive superstar service
  • work assigned station(s) accurately and productively
  • clean and stock station areas
  • perform other cleaning duties as assigned
  • ensure guests receive hot, quality products prepared and delivered according to menu standards
  • handle all food products following company procedures and food safety requirements
  • follow cash control guidelines to minimize restaurant costs
  • demonstrate effective oral communication skills
  • perform other duties or special projects as assigned
