Job Duties
- Build sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction
- escalate any concerns or recommendations to the General Manager
- identify and respond to Guests’ needs
- complete cross-training and certification in multiple positions
- adhere to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction
- help ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for employees and Guests
