Job Requirements
- must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- positive attitude and a team player mentality
- prior experience in food service is a plus but not required
- commitment to excellent customer service
Job Duties
- provide excellent customer service
- operate the cash register and drive-thru
- prepare food orders including working the fryer and griddle
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- promote and drive White Castle brand initiatives
- ensure safety and hygiene in the work environment
- collaborate effectively with team members
