Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
- ability to stand, sit, and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- strong communication and active listening skills
- cash handling experience or willingness to learn
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- must be at least 16 years of age
- restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred
- learner’s mentality with a desire to improve
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage priorities

Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- practice active listening and connection
- anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
- hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
- float between barista and guest service, and willingly fulfill all team member roles and responsibilities
- take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies and procedures
- maintain the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- actively think and act upon what the team and guest will need in the future
- differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
- understand that the team is managing multiple priorities and willingly take direction from leaders
- bring the core values to life in all that you do: support one another, make fun happen, be yourself, take ownership, serve with love
