Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes per shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Ability to push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds of force
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
- Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
- Ability to climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place/remove signs as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and engage with customers
- Motivated to advance in a retail career
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining quality service
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide friendly service
- Run the register and perform cashier duties
- Make purchase suggestions to customers
- Work with the store's food program as needed
- Maintain store appearance inside and outside
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Collaborate with team members to accomplish daily tasks
