high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs
reliable and trustworthy with ethical and honest behavior

ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Maintain a positive attitude and work with urgency
execute company directives, policies, and procedures accurately and timely
contribute to a customer-focused environment by providing excellent customer service
perform cashier and front-end duties ensuring accurate and efficient transactions
unload, process, and stock freight according to merchandising guidelines
perform store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building
complete daily and weekly workload efficiently and on time
actively participate in customer satisfaction, inventory control, shrink, safety, and loss prevention
perform other duties based on business needs
