Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Capability to lift 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs
- Ability to use hands and arms to handle objects
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to bend, climb, and reach
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team

Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude and work with a sense of urgency
- Execute all company directives, policies, and procedures accurately and timely
- Contribute to a customer-focused environment while providing excellent customer service
- Perform cashier and front-end duties ensuring accurate and efficient transactions
- Process freight, sort and stock products according to store merchandising guidelines
- Perform store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building
- Complete daily and weekly workload tasks efficiently and on time
- Actively participate in customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention efforts
- Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements
