Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh & have fun
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Operate the cash register and drive-thru
- Prepare food orders promptly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Work kitchen stations including fryer and griddle
- Promote and drive White Castle brand initiatives
- Collaborate as a team player maintaining respectful workplace
