Job Requirements
- Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly
- must be able to take direction and work well with others
- must be able to provide courteous service and deal effectively with Wendy's guests
- must be able to work in a fast paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes, including meeting all service time goals
- must be able to concentrate and perform duties accurately
- must be able to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned
- must be able to learn and apply Wendy's operating procedures including food safety and security procedures and other policies and procedures applicable to Crew Member job
- must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- must be able to learn and work in multiple positions e.g. grill, fries/nuggets, sandwiches, register
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service is a plus
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- excellent communication skills
- basic math skills for register operations
- ability to learn and adhere to food safety and security procedures
Job Duties
- Operate the grill
- manage fry station
- prepare sandwiches to specification
- handle register functions efficiently
- interact courteously with guests
- maintain cleanliness of work area
- meet all service time goals
