Job Requirements

  • Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly
  • must be able to take direction and work well with others
  • must be able to provide courteous service and deal effectively with Wendy's guests
  • must be able to work in a fast paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes, including meeting all service time goals
  • must be able to concentrate and perform duties accurately
  • must be able to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned
  • must be able to learn and apply Wendy's operating procedures including food safety and security procedures and other policies and procedures applicable to Crew Member job
  • must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • must be able to learn and work in multiple positions e.g. grill, fries/nuggets, sandwiches, register

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food service is a plus
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • basic math skills for register operations
  • ability to learn and adhere to food safety and security procedures

Job Duties

  • Operate the grill
  • manage fry station
  • prepare sandwiches to specification
  • handle register functions efficiently
  • interact courteously with guests
  • maintain cleanliness of work area
  • meet all service time goals
