Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing cleaning tasks
must comply with food safety and hygiene standards
reliable and punctual
strong attention to detail
effective communicator

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in fast-food or food service preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong customer service skills
capability to perform physical tasks such as cleaning and lifting
good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

Work at one or more stations to prepare and serve fast-service foods
handle customer requests as cashier or order taker
monitor holding times of cooked and prepared foods served or discarded
assist in maintaining order and cleanliness of the kitchen
wash trays, pans, racks and other kitchen equipment by hand
perform cleaning duties including washing walls, tables, seating, mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, picking up trash in the parking lot
conduct other housekeeping duties
dismantle cooking equipment, sanitize and clean equipment as a closer
climb a stepladder to clean hood filters
empty fry vats of hot oil to filter or discard in appropriate containers
scrub and degrease floors as a closer
