Job Requirements
- Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English
- physically able to tour the gym by walking and climbing stairs
- capable of bending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movements
- able to stand for long periods
- proficient in computer operations
- able to lift at least 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is an asset
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- willingness to learn and complete required training

- ability to engage positively with diverse groups of people
Job Duties
- Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests
- provide membership information and facilitate tours
- complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean
- membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns
- assist with billing issues and disputes and escalate to leadership when needed
- regularly review and complete all training materials and updates in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions
- make and serve smoothies, ensuring they meet customer specifications and quality standards
- attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings
