Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to learn and multi-task
- ability to stand for extended periods
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- previous experience in retail or food service is a plus but not mandatory
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- basic math and cash handling skills
- leadership experience or potential for Store Leader positions
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- keep the store well-stocked and clean at all times
- operate the cash register accurately and efficiently
- prepare and serve delicious food items including pizza, donuts, and subs
- assist in kitchen duties such as cooking, baking, and food safety compliance
- support team members and foster a positive team environment
- manage merchandising and store presentation
- help with scheduling, inventory control, and ordering
- mentor and coach new team members
- maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
