Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
- Ability to see, hear, speak, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, sit, stand for 4 to 8 hours, bend, and move intermittently during working hours
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to engage positively with guests and teammates
- Capability to work under pressure and ask for help when needed
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
- Preferred restaurant, retail, or guest service experience
- Demonstrated ability to provide friendly and effective customer service
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Providing incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- Practicing active listening and connection
- Anticipating guest needs and proactively solving guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- Making enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- Creating day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
- Hand-crafting beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- Heating, preparing, and serving Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
- Floating between barista and guest service and fulfilling all team member roles and responsibilities
- Taking guest orders and managing cash drawer following all cash handling policies and procedures
- Maintaining cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- Anticipating future needs of the team and guests
- Differentiating between solvable problems and when to seek leader support
- Taking direction from leaders and supporting team priorities
- Bringing Caribou’s core values to life: support one another, make fun happen, be yourself, take ownership, serve with love
