Job Requirements
- Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English
- Ability to walk and climb stairs for gym tours
- Capability to bend, kneel, and perform repetitive arm movements
- Able to stand for long periods
- Basic computer operation skills
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Availability for shift work including weekends and holidays

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environments
- Basic proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems
- Willingness to learn and complete required training modules

- Ability to work well in a team setting
Job Duties
- Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests
- Provide membership information and facilitate tours
- Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean
- Handle membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns
- Assist with billing issues and disputes and escalate to leadership when needed
- Regularly review and complete all training materials and updates in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions
- Make and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring they meet customer specifications and maintaining quality standards
- Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings
