Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong teamwork capabilities
- Ability to perform duties such as cleaning, stocking, cashiering, food preparation, and customer service
- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in various store functions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous experience in retail or food service is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated leadership skills for store leadership roles
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Welcoming and greeting customers upon arrival
- Maintaining cleanliness and stocking of the store
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions
- Preparing and serving food items including pizza, donuts, and other menu offerings
- Leading and supervising store team members in leadership roles
- Managing scheduling, ordering, and inventory control
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
