Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
- Physically able to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, sitting, bending, and moving intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
- Willingness to follow cash handling policies and maintain cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Reliable and able to take direction from team leaders
- Commitment to embodying company core values
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age

- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred
- Possess a learner’s mentality and desire to improve
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- Practice active listening and connection
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- Create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
- Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to standard
- Float between barista and guest service roles
- Take guest orders and manage cash drawer following cash handling policies
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- Actively consider team and guest future needs
- Distinguish between solvable problems and when to ask for leader support
- Take direction willingly from leaders
- Bring core values to life by supporting one another, making fun happen, being yourself, taking ownership, and serving with love
