Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
  • Ability to fulfill physical demands including seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and intermittent movement during shifts
  • Must follow all cash handling policies
  • Must be reliable and able to support team members
  • Willingness to take direction from leaders
  • Ability to ask for help when needed

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age

  • Preferred experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service
  • Demonstrated customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
  • Practice active listening and connection
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
  • Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
  • Create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
  • Hand-craft beverages to order per standard operating procedures
  • Heat, prepare, and serve food offerings to standard operating procedures
  • Float between barista and guest service roles, fulfilling all team member responsibilities
  • Take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
  • Anticipate future needs of the team and guests
  • Differentiate between solvable problems and when to seek leader support
  • Follow directions from leaders while managing multiple priorities
  • Embody core values: support one another, make fun happen, be yourself, take ownership, serve with love
  • Bring joy and fun to interactions
