Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
- Ability to fulfill physical demands including seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and intermittent movement during shifts
- Must follow all cash handling policies
- Must be reliable and able to support team members
- Willingness to take direction from leaders
- Ability to ask for help when needed

Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- Practice active listening and connection
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- Create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
- Hand-craft beverages to order per standard operating procedures
- Heat, prepare, and serve food offerings to standard operating procedures
- Float between barista and guest service roles, fulfilling all team member responsibilities
- Take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- Anticipate future needs of the team and guests
- Differentiate between solvable problems and when to seek leader support
- Follow directions from leaders while managing multiple priorities
- Embody core values: support one another, make fun happen, be yourself, take ownership, serve with love
- Bring joy and fun to interactions
