Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- ability to stand for 4 to 8 hours
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- good hearing and speaking abilities
- ability to bend and move intermittently during work hours
- willingness to follow cash handling policies
- reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age

- preferred restaurant, retail, or guest service experience
- strong communication skills
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to work well as part of a team
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Job Duties
- Provides incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- practices active listening and connection
- anticipates guest needs and proactively solves guest opportunities
- makes enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- creates day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
- hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings to standards
- floats between barista and guest service roles
- takes guest orders and manages cash drawer following cash handling policies
- maintains cleanliness, sanitization, and organization of the store
- thinks and acts upon future team and guest needs
- differentiates between problems to solve and when to seek leader support
- brings core values to life: support one another, make fun happen, be yourself, take ownership, serve with love
- brings joy and fun to interactions
- shows eagerness to help others and be a reliable team player
- displays resilience under pressure and asks for help when needed
