Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions
- Commitment to follow cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- Provides incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests

- floats between barista and guest service roles and fulfills all team member responsibilities
- takes guest orders and manages cash drawer following cash handling policies
- maintains store cleanliness, sanitization, and organization
- actively anticipates team and guest needs
- differentiates problems requiring leader support
- follows leader direction
