Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience as a cook, customer service representative, or cashier desired
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- reliability in commuting or planning to relocate before starting work
- strong interpersonal skills and pleasant demeanor
- willingness to maintain cleanliness and comply with company operating standards
- capability to handle cash transactions accurately
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or cashier experience in a quick service environment or similar role
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency using Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel
- ability to prioritize work and demonstrate problem-solving ability
- attention to detail and managing teams
- strong work ethic and high personal standards for quality of work
- interest in continued training and development
Job Duties
- Use the cash register to ring up guests
- accept payments and provide receipts
- assist guests in selecting their meal and suggestive sell
- ensure orders are accurate
- maintain an accurate balanced cash till by following all cash handling procedures
- follow all company standards and procedures to fulfill orders
- maintain a clean working environment
- wash dishes during slow periods
- heat up or cook side dishes and prep for the day or next day
