Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during shifts and lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly
- Must love to smile, laugh, and have fun
- Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Promote and drive White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- Be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect

- No prior experience required as full training is provided

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and create memorable moments for Craver Nation
- Operate cash registers and drive-thru efficiently
- Prepare food orders including operating fryer and griddle
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
- Promote and support White Castle brand initiatives to increase loyalty
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a healthy workplace
