  • Restaurant, retail or guest service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide incredible guest service by developing personal relationships with guests
  • Practice active listening and connection
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities
  • Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable product recommendations
  • Create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
  • Hand-craft beverages to Caribou standard operating procedures
  • Prepare and serve Caribou food offerings
  • Fulfill all team member roles including barista and guest service
  • Take guest orders and manage cash drawer
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
  • Actively anticipate future needs of the team and guests
  • Differentiate between solvable problems and those requiring leader support
  • Take direction from leaders and manage multiple priorities
