- Restaurant, retail or guest service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal relationships with guests
- Practice active listening and connection
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities
- Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable product recommendations
- Create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
- Hand-craft beverages to Caribou standard operating procedures
- Prepare and serve Caribou food offerings
- Fulfill all team member roles including barista and guest service
- Take guest orders and manage cash drawer
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- Actively anticipate future needs of the team and guests
- Differentiate between solvable problems and those requiring leader support
- Take direction from leaders and manage multiple priorities
- Embody core values including support, fun, ownership, authenticity and serving with love
