Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh & have fun
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment

- Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Willingness to learn food preparation techniques and safety standards
- Positive attitude with ability to maintain energy during fast-paced work
- Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies
Job Duties
- Provide friendly customer service including greeting customers and taking orders
- Operate cash register and manage drive-thru transactions efficiently
- Prepare food items according to White Castle recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in kitchen and dining areas
- Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers and griddles safely
- Promote and drive White Castle brand initiatives and increase customer loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment
