Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in fast food or customer service is an asset but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and create memorable dining experiences
- operate cash registers and manage drive-thru service efficiently
- prepare food orders accurately following restaurant standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining and kitchen areas
- handle kitchen equipment including fryers and griddles safely
- promote and uphold White Castle brand initiatives and values
- collaborate as a team player to support overall restaurant operations
