Job Requirements
- must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly
- enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
- positive attitude with a willingness to provide excellent customer service
- capability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- provide excellent customer service and create memorable guest experiences
- operate cash register and drive-thru efficiently
- prepare food orders accurately and maintain product quality
- ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- handle fryer and griddle safely and proficiently
- promote and support White Castle initiatives and brand loyalty
- work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
