Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment

- Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate the cash register and manage drive-thru orders
- Prepare food items including working with fryer and griddle
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness
- Promote and support White Castle initiatives
- Work cooperatively as part of the team
- Ensure safety compliance and follow company policies
