Job Requirements
- minimum age of 16 years
- availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and teamwork in fast-paced environments
- capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to store duties
- good communication skills
- commitment to follow food safety and operational procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- willingness to learn and cross-train in different store functions
- leadership skills for Store Leader positions
- prior experience in retail or food service is a plus but not mandatory
Job Duties
- greeting guests and providing friendly service
