Job Requirements
- must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire

Job Duties
- provide friendly customer service
- operate the cash register and drive-thru
- prepare food orders and maintain quality standards
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the work area
- operate kitchen equipment including fryer and griddle
