Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to frequently bend, kneel, and lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to use headset for taking orders and giving direction
- Ability to operate general restaurant equipment such as warmer, fryer, slicer, and grill
- Ability to come to work promptly and regularly
- Ability to take direction and work well with others
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames
- Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
- Ability to learn and apply policies and procedures
- Ability to react productively to change and handle additional tasks
- Ability to complete all applicable training programs

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Take customer orders accurately using a headset or register
- Prepare menu items following quality and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Load stock and restock supplies as needed
- Operate kitchen and restaurant equipment safely
- Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned
