Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to frequently bend, kneel, and lift 25 to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use headset for taking orders and giving direction
  • Ability to operate general restaurant equipment such as warmer, fryer, slicer, and grill
  • Ability to come to work promptly and regularly
  • Ability to take direction and work well with others
  • Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames
  • Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
  • Ability to learn and apply policies and procedures
  • Ability to react productively to change and handle additional tasks
  • Ability to complete all applicable training programs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
  • Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Take customer orders accurately using a headset or register
  • Prepare menu items following quality and safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Load stock and restock supplies as needed
  • Operate kitchen and restaurant equipment safely
  • Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned
