Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior experience required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting 30-50 pounds repeatedly
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- operate cash registers and drive-thru stations
- prepare food orders including working the fryer and griddle
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- promote White Castle initiatives to increase brand loyalty
- work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- follow safety and hygiene protocols
