Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
- Ability to follow company cash handling policies and procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well in a team environment

- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Restaurant, retail or guest service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- Practicing active listening and connection
- Anticipating guest needs and proactively solving guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- Making enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- Creating day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
- Hand-crafting beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- Heating, preparing, and serving Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
- Floating between barista and guest service and willingly fulfilling all team member roles and responsibilities
- Taking guest orders and managing cash drawer while following all cash handling policies and procedures
- Maintaining the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- Actively thinking and acting upon what the team and guest will need in the future
- Differentiating between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
- Understanding that the team is managing multiple priorities and willingly taking direction from leaders
- Bringing the Core Values to life in all activities
- Bringing joy to interactions and making fun happen
