  • preferred restaurant, retail, or guest service experience

Job Duties

  • Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
  • practice active listening and connection
  • anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
  • make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
  • create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
  • hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
  • heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to standard operating procedures
  • float between barista and guest service and fulfill all team member roles and responsibilities
  • take guest orders, manage cash drawer, and follow all cash handling policies and procedures
  • maintain store cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
  • anticipate team and guest needs
  • differentiate problems to solve independently from those requiring leader support
  • follow team directions and manage multiple priorities
