- preferred restaurant, retail, or guest service experience
Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- practice active listening and connection
- anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
- hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to standard operating procedures
- float between barista and guest service and fulfill all team member roles and responsibilities
- take guest orders, manage cash drawer, and follow all cash handling policies and procedures
- maintain store cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- anticipate team and guest needs
- differentiate problems to solve independently from those requiring leader support
- follow team directions and manage multiple priorities
