Job Requirements

must be at least 16 years of age
ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and weekends
ability to see, hear, speak, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
willingness to work flexible shifts
ability to handle cash accurately
commitment to follow cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred
strong interpersonal and communication skills
eagerness to learn and improve

Job Duties

provides incredible guest service by developing ongoing personal relationships with guests
practices active listening and connection
anticipates guest needs and proactively solves guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
makes enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
creates day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings to standard procedures
floats between barista and guest service roles
takes guest orders and manages cash drawer following all cash handling policies
maintains cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
proactively supports team and guest needs
identifies when leader support is needed and asks accordingly
embraces multiple priorities and takes direction from leaders
embodies core values in all actions such as support one another, make fun happen, be yourself, take ownership, and serve with love
