Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and weekends
- ability to see, hear, speak, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
- willingness to work flexible shifts
- ability to handle cash accurately
- commitment to follow cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- provides incredible guest service by developing ongoing personal relationships with guests
- practices active listening and connection
- anticipates guest needs and proactively solves guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- makes enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- creates day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
- hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings to standard procedures
- floats between barista and guest service roles
- takes guest orders and manages cash drawer following all cash handling policies
- maintains cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- proactively supports team and guest needs
- identifies when leader support is needed and asks accordingly
- embraces multiple priorities and takes direction from leaders
- embodies core values in all actions such as support one another, make fun happen, be yourself, take ownership, and serve with love
