Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- basic math skills for cash handling
- prior food service or retail experience a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- operate cash register and drive-thru
- prepare food orders including cooking on fryer and griddle
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- promote White Castle initiatives and brand loyalty
- assist with team collaboration and communication
- follow safety and health guidelines
