Job Requirements
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to stand, sit, bend, and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow cash handling procedures

Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
- Previous experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- Practice active listening and connection with guests
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- Create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
- Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings according to standard procedures
- Float between barista and guest service roles, fulfilling all team member responsibilities
- Take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- Anticipate future needs of the team and guests
- Differentiate between problems that can be solved independently and when to seek leader support
- Take direction willingly and support team priorities
- Embody Caribou’s core values in all actions
- Bring joy and make fun happen in interactions
