Job Requirements
- Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English
- tour the gym by walking and climbing stairs

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to provide outstanding customer service
- basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- teamwork and collaboration abilities
- ability to follow instructions and complete training materials
- prior experience in customer service or fitness industry preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests
- provide membership information and facilitate tours
- complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean
- membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns
- assist with billing issues and disputes and escalate to leadership when needed
- regularly review and complete all training materials and updates in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions
- make and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring they meet customer specifications and maintaining quality standards
- attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings
