Job Requirements

- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience required as full training is provided
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a desire to work in a team setting

Job Duties
- Provide friendly customer service at the front counter and drive-thru
- Operate cash register and process customer orders efficiently
- Prepare food items including working the fryer and griddle
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in all work areas
- Promote White Castle initiatives and enhance brand loyalty
- Lift and carry items between 30-50 pounds safely during shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment
