Job Requirements
- Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to apply
- ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members with a guest comes first attitude
- willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- punctual and reliable
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform opening and closing tasks
- experience in a fast-food environment preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Blend delicious tasting smoothies
- ensure guests' purpose is met when smoothies are ordered
- greet and engage guests to provide a friendly experience
- properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
- perform opening and/or closing duties
- complete store checklist tasks
- show up on time and ready to work
- live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
