Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
- take guest orders accurately and efficiently at the register or drive-thru
- prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to Capriotti’s recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
- ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
- handle cash and credit transactions responsibly and accurately
- work collaboratively with team members and management to create a positive, high-energy environment
- complete assigned training programs and participate in ongoing skill development
