Job Requirements

  • Be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • Have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Be able to lift weight from 25 up to 50 pounds periodically
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be able to work in a moderate to high noise level environment
  • Must have access to an email account for application
  • Ability to maintain safety standards
  • Be willing to comply with food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

  • Must be able to learn POS cash register, kitchen screens, and recipes

Job Duties

  • Greet and thank customers
  • Place customer food and beverage orders through verbal communication and/or automated systems
  • Relay customer orders from service counter to kitchen operations
  • Cook, prepare, package, and pour food and beverages using kitchen equipment
  • Stock kitchen and customer service areas with food, beverage, packaging, and service materials
  • Stock salsa bars with sauces, condiments, paper, and utensils
  • Fill food and beverage orders of customers
  • Collect payments and return proper change using cash register
  • Unload deliveries of food, beverage, packaging, and serving materials
  • Clean restaurant interior and exterior including floors, tables, seats, windows, doors, countertops, kitchenware, and equipment
  • Observe and follow alcoholic beverage laws when applicable
  • Maintain safe public access to restaurant
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
