Job Requirements
- Be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Be able to lift weight from 25 up to 50 pounds periodically
- Have good communication skills
- Be able to work in a moderate to high noise level environment
- Must have access to an email account for application
- Ability to maintain safety standards
- Be willing to comply with food safety and sanitation procedures
- Flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

- Must be able to learn POS cash register, kitchen screens, and recipes
Job Duties
- Greet and thank customers
- Place customer food and beverage orders through verbal communication and/or automated systems
- Relay customer orders from service counter to kitchen operations
- Cook, prepare, package, and pour food and beverages using kitchen equipment
- Stock kitchen and customer service areas with food, beverage, packaging, and service materials
- Stock salsa bars with sauces, condiments, paper, and utensils
- Fill food and beverage orders of customers
- Collect payments and return proper change using cash register
- Unload deliveries of food, beverage, packaging, and serving materials
- Clean restaurant interior and exterior including floors, tables, seats, windows, doors, countertops, kitchenware, and equipment
- Observe and follow alcoholic beverage laws when applicable
- Maintain safe public access to restaurant
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
