Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of experience in food service or retail
  • must be at least 18 years old for slicer position
  • ability to multitask
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work day or evening shifts
  • willingness to perform various job functions as assigned

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent menu and product knowledge
  • communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns professionally
  • ensure accuracy of guest orders
  • proficiently use the POS system
  • manage accuracy of the cash drawer
  • prepare guest orders in compliance with restaurant standards
  • slice and portion meats and vegetables accurately
  • adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • complete other restaurant functions such as cleaning or cashier duties as directed
  • maintain a safe work environment following all food and safety guidelines
