Job Duties
- Provide excellent menu and product knowledge
- communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns professionally
- ensure accuracy of guest orders
- proficiently use the POS system
- manage accuracy of the cash drawer
- prepare guest orders in compliance with restaurant standards
- slice and portion meats and vegetables accurately
- adapt to a fast-paced environment
- complete other restaurant functions such as cleaning or cashier duties as directed
- maintain a safe work environment following all food and safety guidelines
