Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- 1+ years of food service or management experience
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of food service or management experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player with respect for others
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service including interacting with guests
- Operate cash register and manage drive-thru orders
- Prepare food orders following White Castle quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers and griddles
- Promote and uphold White Castle brand initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
